• Agree on Layout and the quotation by you as a customer and Lloyd Design Interiors as the Contractor.
• Agree on project contract between both the parties at a sign off ceremony and Unit Keys handover to us by you
• Full Documents procurements from you as a client to proceed all relevant approval stages
• Full Material sample boards, mood boards approvals
• An Invitation sent to you for a site progress work inspection by us
• Applying for project completion procedures by us to the relevant authorities for final inspections
• Details of Snag works completion
• Project Hand Over to you with returning your new office key
